The Commissioner Ciolos thanks AREPO and the others stakeholders for their active involvement in the CAP debate during the last 3 years. He gives his own summary on the last political agreement. In a letter addressed to the stakeholders, he gives his own summary of the final political agreement. He recognizes that the result is not perfect but he is satisfied with the participatory process implemented for the construction of the new CAP.
