The President, Tiberio Rabboni, announced the first AREPO General Assembly of 2014, on 20th February from 10h00 to 16h00, in the Multiregional House in Rue Montoyer 21 (Brussels).
The main topics on the agenda will be the quality package, including optional quality terms and delegated acts, and promotion policy. Moreover, the regional brands, the revision of the Regulation on organic agriculture and the EU Strategy for Research and Innovation will be analyzed and discussed.
Mr. Eric Andrieu, MEP and member of the COMAGRI, Mr. Iñigo Nagore, Minister of Agriculture, Livestock and Rural Development of La Rioja , and Ms. Theano Vrentzou Skordalaki, Vice-Governor of Crete for social policy, agro economy, veterinary and fisheries, will intervene in the General Assembly.
