The event “The Future of Geographical Indications: European and Global Perspectives” will take place on Thursday, 12th December 2024, from 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM (UK time) at the City Law School, City University of London. You can also follow the event online.
This event celebrates the launch of the edited volume by Dr. Andrea Zappalaglio, member of the AREPO Scientific Council, and Dr. Enrico Bonadio. The book, The Future of Geographical Indications: European and Global Perspectives (Edward Elgar, forthcoming February 2025), brings together leading experts to explore the evolution and challenges of Geographical Indications at European and global levels.
The event will feature the book presentation and an interdisciplinary roundtable discussion with key figures from EU institutions, industry, producers’ associations, and academia, tackling pressing questions about the advancements and future challenges of GI law.
